Think of this role as the quarterback of the client relationship. As a CAM, you'll be the trusted point of contact for your clients, ensuring they receive consistent communication, proactive guidance, and real value from our services. You won't just manage accounts, you'll take ownership of them. These days, that ownership includes your clients' projects too. You'll be accountable for how their project work lands, partnering with our Project Coordinator and engineers to keep it organized and on track. In short: you're the face of our company. And a friendly, accountable one at that.
