Requirements

2+ years of B2B client support experience required
Proficiency in MS Office required
Valid Driver’s License required
Ability to work occasional (1x per month) nights/weekends required

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for existing customers
Ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention
Conduct regular follow-ups to address customer concerns
Manage customer escalations and service complaints
Identify, interview, and onboard new subcontractors to meet business needs
Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure service expectations are met
Conduct site visits to audit service quality
Complete change of service forms and ensure all account updates are accurately recorded
Manage territory growth by identifying opportunities to expand services
Provide regular updates on account status, service challenges, and business opportunities
