This role is responsible for servicing new and existing commercial accounts to achieve agency sales goals and service standards. A key aspect of the role is marketing assigned accounts, evaluating quotations, and determining appropriate markets, while maintaining knowledge of carrier underwriting criteria and rates. The Client Account Manager will also prepare submissions, negotiate with underwriters, check carrier-issued policies, and utilize agency automation proficiently. Adherence to established procedures and a commitment to personal and professional development are expected.
