About The Position

Call 4 Health is seeking an experienced and proactive Account Manager, GPO Account to support and grow one of our key client relationships within the Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) space. This role will focus on managing the day-to-day relationship for one primary GPO account while helping expand visibility and opportunities across the account’s broader member network. This is not a traditional cold sales role. Instead, this individual will be responsible for navigating the account structure, building relationships, opening doors to additional opportunities within the existing account network, developing presentations and outreach materials, supporting email campaign efforts, maintaining account activity in HubSpot, and keeping the account organized and moving forward. The ideal candidate will understand healthcare services and be able to speak to Call 4 Health’s remote medical call center solutions with confidence. This person should be self-directed, organized, proactive, resourceful, and able to work with minimal hand-holding while managing multiple priorities and communicating effectively across internal and external teams.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in account management, client relationship management, business development support, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Experience in healthcare, healthcare services, patient access, call center operations, or outsourced services strongly preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, contacts, and follow-up items at once.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with Microsoft Teams and other standard business systems and software used in a professional environment.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and operate effectively without significant hand-holding.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience creating presentations, client-facing materials, and professional email communications.
  • Experience using CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
  • Ability to think strategically within an assigned account while also handling day-to-day execution and follow-through.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered tools and a willingness to learn and adapt to emerging technologies that support efficiency, communication, reporting, and overall business operations.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting one large account with multiple locations, divisions, or member accounts.
  • Familiarity with healthcare contact center, remote workforce, patient access, nurse triage, or healthcare communication services.
  • Experience coordinating outreach or account-based campaigns within an existing client relationship.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day account manager and relationship lead for one key GPO account and its related member accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with key contacts across the client network.
  • Learn and understand the structure of the account, including internal contacts, member relationships, and pathways for engagement.
  • Maintain regular communication with stakeholdersto support relationship growth, visibility, and ongoing engagement.
  • Keep account activity organized, documented, and moving forward in a timely manner.
  • Identify opportunities to expand Call 4 Health’s presence within the account by opening doors to additional member accounts and internal contacts.
  • Support outreach efforts within the existing client ecosystem to generate interest in Call 4 Health’s services.
  • Work closely with sales leadership and internal teams to help move opportunities forward within the assigned account.
  • Help position Call 4 Health’s capabilities in a clear, professional, and organized way to prospective contacts within the network.
  • Develop presentations, account materials, and client-facing content tailored to the assigned account and its member organizations.
  • Assist with targeted email campaigns and follow-up communication efforts related to the account.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records in HubSpot, including contacts, activity, opportunities, notes, and follow-up items.
  • Track account activity, engagement, and pipeline movement and provide updates to leadership as needed.
  • Help ensure account information, outreach efforts, and next steps remain organized and visible.
  • Partner with internal departments, including operations, implementation, IT, marketing, and leadership, to support account needs and ensure alignment.
  • Communicate client needs, priorities, and feedback to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Assist in coordinating meetings, follow-up items, materials, and internal preparation related to the account.
  • Escalate concerns or barriers promptly and help drive solutions.
  • Represent Call 4 Health professionally in meetings, presentations, and occasional industry or client events.
