About The Position

As a Client Access Coordinator, you’ll play an important role in helping clients access Fraser’s services. You’ll support a variety of clinical administrative and client service functions, including contact center support, referral and specialty scheduling, enrollment coordination, and clinical reception. Fraser is Minnesota’s leader in autism, mental health, and disability services — and one of the few Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics (CCBHCs) in the state. Requirements

  • Provides an attitude and awareness of customer service that demonstrates a respect of others, commitment to success, and value of relationships.
  • Effective communication in the English language, including verbal and written communication with both internal and external contacts with strong telephone skills required.
  • Commitment to promoting diversity, multiculturalism and inclusion with focus on culturally responsive practice, internal self-awareness and reflection.

Nice To Haves

  • BA/BS in sociology, psychology or related field preferred, but not required.
  • Minimum one year of related experience is preferred - intake, scheduling, health care, insurance, and customer service experience

Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming phone calls in a timely, professional, and courteous manner, providing a positive experience for clients, families, and community partners.
  • Triage calls and direct callers to the appropriate Fraser location, program, or team as needed.
  • Research and provide accurate information to answer questions and assist callers with navigating Fraser services.
  • Complete required checklists, follow-up tasks, and other responsibilities within designated timeframes.
  • Process internal referral requests and complete appropriate enrollment tasks in a timely manner.
  • Monitor available enrollment slots and proactively communicate availability through outbound calls.
  • Identify and document future scheduling needs, including preferred appointment times, locations, and other client considerations.
  • Coordinate scheduling for specialized service areas, including referrals, waitlists, special relationships, and unique Fraser services.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation related to referrals, scheduling, and enrollment activities.
  • Provide professional and welcoming support to clients and families through clinical reception and other administrative functions.
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure clients receive timely and appropriate access to services.
  • Follow established workflows, procedures, and confidentiality requirements when handling client information.
