Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in Java development
Minimum 5 years of experience working with ClickHouse and Starburst
Associate’s Degree

Nice To Haves

3 years of experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) solutions

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain enterprise database systems, including installation, administration, performance tuning, optimization, and day-to-day maintenance to ensure scalability, reliability, and efficient data retrieval and storage.
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Database Management, collaborating with and managing teams, contributing to key technical decisions, and providing solutions to complex problems across multiple teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, integrate, and support database solutions that align with application development, business requirements, AI/ML architecture, and Java Full Stack Development initiatives.
Analyze and resolve complex database issues, develop maintenance and problem-resolution procedures, mentor team members, and drive continuous improvement through adoption of new technologies, including Starburst Enterprise.
