The Clerkship Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day administrative and operational management of the medical student clerkships within the Department of Internal Medicine. This includes managing the required third-year Internal Medicine Clerkship and fourth-year Sub-Internship / advanced clinical rotations. The position is a key member of the undergraduate medical education team, supporting the Clerkship Director in ensuring an organized, compliant, and student-centered educational experience. Responsibilities include managing scheduling, evaluations, educational activities, accreditation-related documentation, student communications, and clerkship operations across various clinical training sites. The role demands a high degree of independence, professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced academic clinical environment.
