Lake Country Co-op invites applications for the position of part-time Clerk at our Home Centre location in Big River, Saskatchewan. Lake Country Co-op does business differently. Requirements

Experience in home and building materials, construction industry and retail sales.
Honest and trustworthy, results-oriented, and proud of the work that you do.
Well organized and capable of attaining a high level of production, with a minimum amount of supervision.
Attentive to detail and strong cash management skills.
Ability to fulfil physical job requirements, standing, crouching, bending, kneeling, lifting up to 50 lbs, working outside and inside.
POS experience and ability to work in a fast paced, guest facing environment.
Valid Class 5 drivers’ license.
Flexible work schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operative’s vision, mission, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach.
Provide Legendary Service at all touch points through various communication channels.
Assist guest with item selection and make recommendations based on an inquiring approach.
Perform receiving of merchandise, stocking, operation of point-of-sale system (POS), pricing, displaying, selling, conduct inventory counts.
Maintain cleanliness, rotation and order of merchandise and load products into customer vehicles as assigned.
Support and follow Asset Protection and Safety Management systems, policies, and procedures.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
