Shared Health leads the planning and coordinates the integration of patient-centered clinical and preventive health services across Manitoba. The organization also delivers some province-wide health services and supports centralized administrative and business functions for Manitoba health organizations. Under the general direction of the Administrative Services Manager, the incumbent is responsible for assisting with the effective, efficient provision of clerical support for the department. Duties include: Acting as receptionist for the area, receiving incoming telephone calls, taking and relaying messages, greeting and directing patients, visitors and staff, etc. Ordering and preparing patient charts for Mental Health ambulatory care clinics. Scheduling patient appointments. Miscellaneous clerical duties.
