About The Position

Provides excellent customer service to co-workers and guests while auditing revenue activity and related documentation across casino and property operations. The role verifies drop records, jackpot tickets, table fills and credits, calculates gaming wins and losses, maintains revenue accounting files, reviews compliance documentation, and handles specified tax payments. It also resolves issues within its authority and refers other matters to the department manager or appropriate shift supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to co-workers and guests.
• Audit table drop information game by game, slot drop information daily, and the work of the cage, slots, pit, bar, restaurant, employee dining room, deli, and gift shop daily.
• Review and file Title 31 documentation.
• Ensure slot jackpot tickets, table fills, and table credits are completed in accordance with company policies and procedures and state gaming regulations.
• Verify slot and table drop documentation.
• Calculate win or loss for each machine using the slot accounting system and for each table game using the pit accounting system.
• Review signatures and work permit numbers on a random basis.
• Maintain files for all revenue accounting documents.
• Read the Progressive meter weekly.
• Pay federal taxes withheld on W2Gs bi-weekly.
• Resolve problems within the position’s scope of authority and recommend courses of action for matters beyond that scope to the department manager or appropriate shift supervisor.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
