Revenue Audit Lead
About The Position
The Revenue Audit Lead assists the Revenue Audit Supervisor with audit reviews, journal entry preparation, and account analysis. The role supports Revenue Audit Clerks with questions and issues arising from daily audits, helps train clerks and new team members, and performs clerk duties when staffing requires. The position also prepares state tax returns for slot machine and table game revenue, prepares casino promotion tax documents and supporting materials, and coordinates slot and table game promotions and tournaments with relevant departments to support accurate participant reporting. Other related duties may be assigned. The role promotes superior guest service.
Requirements
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office.
- Proficiency with an adding machine.
- Ability to work various shifts and flexible hours.

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Revenue Audit Supervisor with audit reviews, journal entry preparation, and account analysis.
- Help Revenue Audit Clerks resolve questions and issues arising from daily audits.
- Assist with training Revenue Audit Clerks.
- Perform Revenue Audit Clerk duties as needed depending on staffing.
- Prepare state tax returns relating to slot machine and table game revenue.
- Prepare tax documents related to casino promotions and compile supporting documentation.
- Organize slot and table game promotions and tournaments with applicable departments to ensure accurate reporting of participants.
- Train new team members in the proper preparation of daily audits.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Promote superior guest service.
