Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in clerical role
  • Sound organizational skills with above-average attention to detail.
  • Strong computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, & Outlook.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must be fluent in English (written and verbal).

  • Experience with Quantum ERP.

  • Experience with records management for engine maintenance (MRO)

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Records team in performing incoming records review for engines and accessories to determine status regarding Manufacturers maintenance requirements, Services Bulletins / Modifications, and Airworthiness Directives.
  • Collect and sort all work order documents received in the Records Dept.
  • Audit all received paperwork for complete and accurate documentation of work performed.
  • Communicate with shop floor personnel regarding paperwork corrections.
  • Support the audit of Accessory/QEC Reports for final review.
  • Support the preparation of LLP Status reports for final review by Records Analysts.
  • Support the preparation of Master On/Off Log for final review by Records Analysts.
  • Organize outgoing records packages, Form 337 and 8130-3 for engines and Modules.
  • Manage work order priorities for records completion within the department, aligning with Production TAT requirements.
  • Manage electronic data storage for easy retrieval.
  • Participate in special projects as deemed valuable to the Department and Company maintenance.
