Position Purpose: Ensures the accuracy and quality of data that had been systematically or manually entered into an indexing system. Logistics: CGS (cgsadmin.com) – one of BlueCross BlueShield's South Carolina subsidiary companies. Location: This position is full-time (40-hours/week) Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm in a typical office environment. This role is located on-site at 26 Century Blvd, Suite 610, Nashville, TN 37214.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Verify the accuracy and quality of the data entered into the indexing system.
Make necessary corrections to ensure electronic data accurately reflects the original data.
Prepare necessary reports on productivity and participate in special projects as assigned.
Communicates appeals status
Documents appeals resolution
Processes appeals
Supports second level reviews
Works claims caseloads
