About The Position

This is a full-time, nonexempt position responsible for greeting and assisting visitors, answering phones, managing mail, maintaining office equipment, and supporting the clerical functions of the Central office. The role involves facilitating intake paperwork and scheduling appointments, while adhering to all security policies and safety procedures.

Nice To Haves

  • Three years previous work experience in an office setting performing administrative office duties.

Responsibilities

  • Greet, assist and provide visitors and participants with excellent customer service.
  • Answer phones, routing calls, and take messages.
  • Post outgoing mail, order, receive Employment Services Supplies.
  • Maintain copy/work room equipment and machinery.
  • Follow all security policies and safety procedures that affect the Central office.
  • Support clerical function of Central office of Goodwill Industries of the Columbia.
  • Facilitate intake paperwork and schedule appointments for staff.
