About The Position
We are seeking a Warehouse Clerk to join our team at our Riverside warehouse. As a Warehouse Clerk, you will support warehouse, shipping, and administrative operations by coordinating material movement, processing documentation through the plant MRP system, and ensuring timely and accurate communication across departments. This role operates on the 2nd shift, from 2 PM to 10:30 PM, with weekend availability based on production needs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- One to three months of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to learn and use SAP or similar MRP systems
- Ability to perform administrative and warehouse-related tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse administration
- SAP experience
- Experience in food manufacturing or similar regulated environments
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and process material and finished-goods movement using the plant MRP system
- Schedule and support inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely customer service
- Prepare reports, documents, labels, and shipping materials to support warehouse accuracy
- Provide administrative support including reception coverage, mail distribution, and supply ordering
- Communicate effectively with warehouse, plant, and inventory teams to support shipping and receiving operations
- Maintain accurate inventory records and support timely adjustments with inventory control
- Uphold food safety, quality, legality, and housekeeping standards across assigned work areas
