About The Position

The Clerk- Inventory ERC will be responsible for data entry, asset control, and maintenance for Customer Asset Management. They will help with inventory control for the Equipment Refurbishment Center and shipping for other Coca-Cola locations. This role will support the ERC and various UNITED departments and locations through data entry, research, and inventory control.

Requirements

Minimum of 18 years old
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by position and compliance with UNITED safety policies
Regular and prompt attendance is an essential function of the job
Ability to read, write and speak English
Ability to maintain a neat professional appearance within Company guidelines
Ability to maintain safety and security of Company assets
Ability to utilize all Company provided resources and technology
Ability to demonstrate oral/written communication and strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work with all functional team members
Effective planning and organizational skills
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 6 to 12 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to follow multiple tasks to completion
Ability to work with internal customers from across UNITED
Ability to communicate effectively through multiple channels
Ability to recognize and solve problems
Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently

Responsibilities

Assists Dispatchers in Float level maintenance and shipping to Coca-Cola locations
Administers asset control of capital equipment (lost & found, inventory control)
Assists with the tracking and maintenance of new inbound inventory
Accepts and signs for all deliveries and helps to facilitate them to the correct location
Operate Forklift
Performs appropriate duties as assigned by management
