About The Position

GXO is hiring a Clerk III to support warehouse operations and provide supply chain services to its customers. The role is scheduled for the 1st shift, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The posting describes the role as Clerk II in its overview, while the listed title is Clerk III. The hourly pay rate is $26.50 for work performed in California; the rate may change and is not a guarantee of compensation. Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
Experience operating material handling equipment and using a handheld scanner.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and more than 75 lbs. occasionally.
Ability to lift objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights.
Ability to bend, stoop, squat, twist, push, and pull.
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for long periods.
Ability to handle or manage tools or equipment.
Ability to adjust focus and demonstrate close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, as well as depth perception.
Ability to tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent.
Availability to work a flexible schedule with possible overtime when needed.
2 years of experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Responsibilities

Load and unload material using hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, conveyors, and other equipment.
Ensure packaging, routing, and systems work is completed quickly and accurately.
Participate in and guide the team in the Lean warehousing system on the floor.
Complete tasks by following established procedures.
Ensure all work is performed safely.
Participate in stand-up activities with cross-functional teams.
