About The Position

The Clerk supports warehouse operations by processing orders, maintaining inventory records in a Warehouse Management System (WMS), entering data, researching and correcting transaction errors, and handling domestic and international shipping documents. The role is scheduled for the 1st shift, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. It requires attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to perform physical work in warehouse environments.

Requirements

• Ability to speak, read fine print, and write in English, including reading, understanding, and interpreting safety rules, operating instructions, and procedural documents.
• Basic computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to lift objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights.
• Ability to bend, stoop, squat, twist, push, and pull.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for long periods.
• Ability to handle or manage tools or equipment.
• Ability to tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments.
• Ability to routinely carry objects 3–5 feet weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods of more than four hours.
• Ability to walk continuously for more than 10,000 steps (4–5 miles) per day.
• Ability to bend, stoop, squat, twist, push, and pull objects of various shapes and sizes in a team lift.

Nice To Haves

• One year of warehouse experience.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, with possible overtime when needed.
• Experience entering and maintaining information in a WMS.
