About The Position

The eCommerce Clerk II - eBay works in Idaho Youth Ranch’s eCommerce department, evaluating and selling antiques and collectibles through online platforms and specialty shops. The role includes researching items to estimate their value, photographing items and writing online listings, and preparing sold items for shipment. Requirements

• Must be enrolled in high school or possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent Idaho Youth Ranch.
• Research antiques and collectible items to determine estimated value.
• Photograph items and write listings for online sales.
• Coordinate and stage sold or packaged items for shipment.
• Provide strong customer service online and in person.
