Our Guidewires & Abrasives Division supports the production of precision components used in life-saving medical applications, as well as industries like aerospace, automotive, and advanced manufacturing. What You’ll Do You’ll play a key role in keeping materials moving and inventory accurate to support production: Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials and inventory Maintain accurate inventory records, transactions, and cycle counts Investigate discrepancies and resolve inventory issues Support kitting and staging of materials for production orders Process Manufacturing Orders (MOs) and Purchase Orders (POs) Manage bin locations and maintain organized stockrooms Partner with production, supply chain, and shipping teams to meet demand Support audits, documentation, and inventory reporting Assist with ERP/MRP transactions and inventory tracking

Requirements

  • 5+ years of inventory, warehouse, or materials experience
  • Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP or similar functions)
  • Experience working in ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics GP or similar)
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to problem-solve and work cross-functionally

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in manufacturing or regulated environments preferred
