About The Position

This position provides excellent customer service to new and existing members of the fitness center. Responsibilities include updating membership information, processing new applications and payments, maintaining the work area, updating reservations and schedules, and assisting with light janitorial duties. The role may also involve supporting mass communications and marketing efforts to members regarding fitness center events and offerings.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service to new members and existing members.
• Updates membership information, including processing new membership applications.
• Manages and processes payments including point of sale transactions.
• Maintains work area in clean and neat order.
• Updates reservations and schedules for tennis, pickleball, and fitness classes.
• Assist with light janitorial and cleaning duties such as cleaning fitness equipment, tennis courts, and other gym areas.
• May occasionally support mass communications to members, including marketing to new members on fitness center events and offerings.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
