About The Position

Lestock Co-op is hiring a part-time Retail Cashier/Clerk for our store in Lestock, SK. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, maintaining a safe and efficient operation, packaging purchases, pumping gas, filling propane tanks, organizing, cleaning, and stocking merchandise. The position also requires assisting team members and performing other assigned duties. The role requires the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly. Requirements

Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple demands at once while maintaining a positive customer focused attitude.
Able to transition between working indoors and outdoors frequently, and work in changing weather conditions including hot/cold temperatures.
Can arrive to work in neat and appropriate attire for all weather conditions.
Adequate transportation to get to and from work.
Can work all shifts including evenings and weekends.
Honest and trustworthy.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service while processing customer transactions through the point-of-sale terminal.
Maintain a safe and efficient operation while adhering to all company policies and standards.
Support customers by packaging purchases, pumping gas and filling propane tanks as required.
Organize, clean and stock merchandise along with other general housekeeping duties.
Assist team members when necessary and any other duties as assigned.
