If you’re ready to grow with us, we’d love to hear from you. We are seeking a Clerk, Bakery Production to join our team at our Swedesboro, NJ bakery. As a Clerk, Bakery Production, you will be accountable for ensuring accurate production reporting, SAP data integrity, inventory support, and administrative coordination that enables efficient bakery operations.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
- 6 months to 1 year of related experience and/or training
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work around moving mechanical equipment and in variable temperature environments
- Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. frequently and up to 25 lbs. occasionally
Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and timely production reporting, including data verification and discrepancy resolution
- Maintain SAP reporting accuracy through Process Order verification and escalation of issues
- Track and manage attendance records for production and packing employees
- Oversee supply cage operations to ensure proper availability of production materials
- Support PCE implementation, training, and serve as a subject matter expert for system users
- Perform inventory cycle counts, reconcile variances, and report weekly ingredient usage
- Maintain organized production documentation and support quality and safety initiatives
