About The Position

We are seeking a Clerk, Bakery Production to join our team at our Swedesboro, NJ bakery. As a Clerk, Bakery Production, you will be accountable for ensuring accurate production reporting, SAP data integrity, inventory support, and administrative coordination that enables efficient bakery operations. The role involves working the 3rd shift (10:00 PM – 6:30 AM, Tues - Sat), with initial training on the 2nd shift. Weekend availability is required. The hourly rate for this position is $21.50–$22.50.

Requirements

Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
6 months to 1 year of related experience and/or training
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work around moving mechanical equipment and in variable temperature environments
Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. frequently and up to 25 lbs. occasionally

Responsibilities

Ensure accurate and timely production reporting, including data verification and discrepancy resolution
Maintain SAP reporting accuracy through Process Order verification and escalation of issues
Track and manage attendance records for production and packing employees
Oversee supply cage operations to ensure proper availability of production materials
Support PCE implementation, training, and serve as a subject matter expert for system users
Perform inventory cycle counts, reconcile variances, and report weekly ingredient usage
Maintain organized production documentation and support quality and safety initiatives
