About The Position

Under direct supervision, process all incoming orders from Sales force, customers, and BAKEMARK affiliates as assigned. This role involves managing order entry, customer communication, and administrative support within the office environment.

Requirements

  • Ability to process incoming orders from Sales force, customers, and BAKEMARK affiliates.
  • Proficiency in downloading PSP orders into NDS system.
  • Skill in reviewing and correcting ROE Edit List.
  • Capability to manually enter orders into NDS or PSP system.
  • Experience with reviewing and correcting Order File Status Report.
  • Ability to transfer order files for routing.
  • Skill in notifying customers or sales reps of item "outs".
  • Ability to ensure COAs and Spec Sheets are provided to customers.
  • Experience with daily invoicing of credit memos.
  • Ability to answer telephone and direct calls.
  • Skill in researching customer, Sales Rep and BAKEMARK Affiliate inquiries.
  • Willingness to provide backup for Will-Call and other positions.
  • Ability to provide Sales Representative vacation relief.
  • Experience in filing documents.
  • Willingness to assist with back office duties such as cash handling and NDS data input.
  • Commitment to treating all customers with dignity and respect.
  • Adherence to all company policies, procedures, and safety rules.

Responsibilities

  • Download PSP orders into NDS system after review and correction of ROE Edit List.
  • Manually enter orders into NDS or PSP system when necessary.
  • Review and correct Order File Status Report and transfer order file for routing.
  • Notify customers or sales reps of customer item “outs”.
  • Ensure COAs and Spec Sheets are provided to Customers as necessary.
  • Daily invoicing of credit memos.
  • Answer telephone and direct calls to the appropriate person.
  • Research customer, Sales Rep and BAKEMARK Affiliate inquiries.
  • Provide backup for Will-Call and other positions as directed by Supervisor.
  • Provide Sales Representative vacation relief.
  • File documents as directed.
  • Assist Office Supervisor with back office duties such as cash handling and NDS data input.
  • Treat all customers both external and internal with dignity and respect.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety rules as stated in the Employee Handbook and otherwise posted or communicated.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to meet company goals and objectives.
