Requirements

  • Direct supervision
  • Split shift hours- starting time 1200 Noon-8:30 pm, or until orders are completed for shipping.
  • OT hours are required for this position as needed

Responsibilities

  • Process Lot Coding for all sales items shipping out daily.
  • Communicate with Shipping supervisor required item Lot information on all incoming orders ready for shipping, and BAKEMARK affiliates as assigned.
  • Download PSP orders into NDS system after review and correction of ROE Edit List.
  • Manually enter orders into NDS or PSP system when necessary.
  • Review and correct Order File Status Report.
  • Transfer order file for routing.
  • Notify customers or sales reps. of customer item “outs”.
  • Ensure COAs, and Spec Sheets are provided to Customers as necessary.
  • Answer telephone and direct calls to appropriate person, assist with receiving scheduling- communicate to Receiving Supervisor.
  • Research customer, Sales Rep and BAKEMARK Affiliate inquiries.
  • Back up to Will-Call and other positions as directed by Supervisor.
  • Support and assist warehouse staff as needed.
  • File documents as directed.
  • Assist Shipping Supervisor and Operations Manager with back-office duties as needed.
  • Treat all customers both external and internal with dignity and respect.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety rules as stated in the Employee Handbook and otherwise posted or communicated.
  • Other duties will be assigned as needed to meet company goals and objectives.
