Under direct supervision, this role is responsible for processing all incoming orders from Sales force, customers, and BAKEMARK affiliates as assigned. Key responsibilities include downloading orders into the NDS system, manually entering orders when necessary, reviewing and correcting reports, transferring order files for routing, and notifying customers or sales representatives of item "outs". The role also ensures necessary documentation like COAs and Spec Sheets are provided to customers, handles daily invoicing of credit memos, and assists with credit and collections. Additionally, the position involves answering and directing phone calls, researching customer and affiliate inquiries, providing backup for other positions, offering vacation relief for sales representatives, filing documents, and assisting the Office Supervisor with back-office duties such as cash handling and data input. A core aspect of the role is to treat all customers with dignity and respect and adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety rules.
