Under direct supervision, this role is responsible for processing all incoming orders from the Sales force, customers, and BAKEMARK affiliates as assigned. Key duties include downloading orders into the NDS system, manually entering orders when necessary, reviewing and correcting reports, transferring order files for routing, and notifying customers or sales representatives of item "outs". The position also ensures that Certificates of Analysis (COAs) and Spec Sheets are provided to customers as needed, handles daily invoicing of credit memos, and assists with credit and collections. Additionally, the role involves answering and directing telephone calls, researching customer and affiliate inquiries, providing backup for other positions such as Will-Call, and offering vacation relief for Sales Representatives. Filing documents and assisting the Office Supervisor with back-office duties like cash handling and NDS data input are also part of the responsibilities. The role requires treating all customers with dignity and respect, adhering to company policies and safety rules, and performing other duties as assigned to meet company goals.
