Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and general computer skills.
Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in data entry and document handling.
Ability to handle confidential medical information with discretion and professionalism.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to sit and stand for long periods, bend and stoop as needed, and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

Prepare, process, and distribute medical reports and related documentation accurately and on time.
Perform data entry and maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems.

Respond to internal requests for reports in a timely manner.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and report delivery.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, faxes, and emails.
Support general administrative and clerical staff as needed.
