About The Position
This is a Full Time Clerical Support position located at the Compass BH Scott City Outpatient Building in Scott City, KS. The role involves providing essential administrative and clerical assistance within the facility.
Requirements
- Age 18+ years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Must have a current and valid driver’s license.
Responsibilities
- Answer Telephone by the 3rd ring and direct calls.
- Meet with persons in services to complete necessary paperwork.
- Monitor, track, and update spreadsheets.
- Assist Direct Care staff with office machines.
- Maintain Knowledge of staff location and communicate person in services needs.
- Special Projects as assigned.
