These include facilitating effective communication, delivering excellent customer service, accurate data entry, and meticulous record management to ensure the preparation, privacy, and maintenance of all records. Additionally, the Clerical Support Coordinator oversees verbal and written referrals related to website support and innovative technology, conducts reviews for claims, eligibility, and benefits, and coordinates document fulfillment for customers.
