We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Clerical Parts Coordinator. Requirements
- Computer/Typing Abilities
- Polished telephone and email abilities
- Customer Service
- Valid Driver's License
- Hard Working
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and shift gears quickly
- Complete tasks with efficiency and accuracy
- Confident self-starter who works well independently
- Takes initiative and able to receive feedback while working as part of a team
- Must have a valid California Driver's License
- Must be able to pass a background check & drug screen prior to hire
Nice To Haves
- Experience in computerized check writing
- Experience in Time Card handling
- Experience in Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reporting to Manager & Corporate
- Experience in Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Experience in Audit Compliance of Clerical Paperwork
- Experience in Answering customer phone calls
- Experience in Greeting customers in store
- Bilingual in Spanish
Responsibilities
- Check in parts from a variety of vendors
- Check for damage and part accuracy
- Receiving invoices
- Computerized check writing
- Time Card handling
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reporting to Manager & Corporate
- Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Audit Compliance of Clerical Paperwork
- Answering customer phone calls
- Greeting customers in store
- Give our customers a ride home
- Washing cars when needed
- Some janitorial work
