About The Position

This is a part-time (20-hour) position responsible for ensuring temple ordinances are kept pure and recorded accurately. The role involves providing a positive and uplifting experience for patrons, maintaining temple standards, and assisting management in serving patrons and accounting for ordinances. The Church offers a work environment where employees use their talents to further the Lord's work, with opportunities to share the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Requirements

• Endowed members of the Church who are worthy of a temple recommend qualify for employment in the Temple Department.

Responsibilities

• Providing an environment where patrons may have a positive and uplifting experience each time they come to the temple.
• Maintaining and operating temples at standards established by the First Presidency.
• Assisting temple management to ensure that temple patrons are properly served and that all sacred ordinances are accurately accounted for and properly recorded.
• Ensuring that patrons coming to the temple receive friendly, courteous service and the ordinances they accomplish are recorded in accordance with proper temple procedures.
