Full-Time Clerical Leader - Montpelier Idaho Temple
About The Position
The Clerical Leader ensures that temple ordinances are kept pure, recorded accurately, and made available to worthy Church members. This involves providing a positive and uplifting environment for patrons, maintaining and operating temples according to standards set by the First Presidency, assisting temple management in serving patrons, and ensuring all sacred ordinances are accurately accounted for and properly recorded. The role also includes ensuring patrons receive friendly, courteous service and that their accomplished ordinances are recorded in accordance with proper temple procedures.
Requirements
- Only endowed members of the Church who are worthy of a temple recommend qualify for employment in the Temple Department
Responsibilities
- Ensuring the temple ordinances are kept pure, recorded accurately and made available to worthy Church members
- Providing an environment where patrons may have a positive and uplifting experience each time they come to the temple
- Maintaining and operating temples at standards established by the First Presidency
- Assisting temple management to ensure that temple patrons are properly served
- Ensuring that all sacred ordinances are accurately accounted for and properly recorded
- Ensuring that patrons coming to the temple receive friendly, courteous service
- Ensuring that the ordinances they accomplish are recorded in accordance with proper temple procedures
