Performs general clerical functions for management team. Provides support for personnel record maintenance, e.g., processing paperwork, filing, record audits. May provide back-up for various staff, e.g., Office Manager, Receptionist. Participates in departmental projects and quality improvement initiatives. This position may be filled as a Patient Access level I or level II based on the prior work experience and matched qualifications of the selected incumbent.
