About The Position

Requirements

  • One year as a Clerical Assistant 2 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration)
  • One year of moderately complex clerical experience
  • An equivalent combination of experience and training
  • Must be able to perform essential job functions

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, revise, and proofread letters and executive correspondence for internal and external customers
  • Review vehicle records, source documents, and program files to resolve discrepancies and provide accurate information
  • Process vehicle titling, registration, and related transactions within required systems
  • Respond to inquiries from customers, partners, and service providers through phone, email, and written communication
  • Provide guidance for ELT and NMVTIS users by researching records and offering accurate program information
  • Maintain detailed files, spreadsheets, work logs, and electronic records to support unit operations
