About The Position

Join IDS International’s Cleared Programs team supporting secure and mission-critical environments. The Cleared Custodian supports facility operations by performing routine cleaning and maintenance within secure work environments. This role is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, restocking supplies, and ensuring orderly and safe conditions in accordance with security and facility standards. The Cleared Custodian operates within controlled areas and is expected to follow established procedures while maintaining a professional work environment.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance with Counterintelligence Polygraph (CI-Poly) required
• U.S. Citizen
• Ability to perform routine custodial tasks
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain reliability
• Strong attention to cleanliness and facility standards
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the facility for extended periods
• Ability to perform repetitive cleaning motions (wiping, sweeping, mopping)
• Ability to work in restricted or controlled areas as required

Nice To Haves

• Prior custodial or facility support experience with basic familiarity of safety procedures
• Experience working in secure facilities
