About The Position

The Enterprise Business Operations organization supports operations and asset services across DTCC businesses, with a mission to provide the securities industry with superior operations processing and client services while minimizing risk and cost and maximizing efficiency. Equity Clearance and Settlement Operations supports DTC and NSCC through depository services, trade capture, comparison, and netting for broker-to-broker equity, listed corporate and municipal bond, and UIT trading in the U.S. These processes culminate in a consolidated end-of-day transfer of securities ownership and cash between trading parties. The organization also supports business resiliency and continuity, cybersecurity events, and default and liquidity management. The position is entry level; internship experience is highly preferred, and a bachelor's degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Support Equity Clearance and Settlement Operations for DTC and NSCC.
• Support depository services, trade capture, comparison, and netting for U.S. broker-to-broker equity, listed corporate and municipal bond, and UIT trading.
• Support the consolidated end-of-day process transferring securities ownership and cash between trading parties.
• Support preparedness for business resiliency and continuity efforts, cybersecurity events, and default and liquidity management.
