About The Position

The Clearance & Settlement Equities Analyst works within DTCC’s Enterprise Business Operations organization, which supports operations and asset services across multiple DTCC businesses. The Equity Clearance and Settlement Operations team provides operational support for DTC and NSCC, including depository services and the trade capture, comparison, and netting of broker-to-broker equity, listed corporate and municipal bond, and unit investment trust (UIT) trades in the United States. These activities culminate in a consolidated end-of-day process that transfers securities ownership and cash between trading parties.

The role is part of an organization whose responsibilities include supporting preparedness for business resiliency and continuity efforts, cybersecurity events, and default and liquidity management. DTCC describes a flexible hybrid model requiring three days onsite and two days remote; onsite days are Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and a third day determined by the team or employee.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Entry-level role; internship experience is highly preferred.
