About The Position

The Equity Clearance and Settlement Operations team provides operational support for DTCC’s Depository Trust Company (DTC) and National Securities Clearing Corporation (NSCC). Its work focuses on depository services, trade capture, comparison, and netting for U.S. broker-to-broker equity, listed corporate and municipal bond, and UIT trading. These processes culminate in a consolidated end-of-day process that completes the daily transfer of securities ownership and cash between trading parties. The team also supports preparedness for business resiliency and continuity efforts, cybersecurity events, and default and liquidity management.

The role is part of Enterprise Business Operations (EBO), which supports operations and asset services across several DTCC businesses. EBO’s mission is to provide the securities industry with superior operations processing and client services while minimizing risk and cost and maximizing efficiency.
