Tulsa Site in Tulsa, OK is looking for a 2nd shift Cleanline Technician who is able to work 4x10s Mondays through Friday from 3:00pm to 1:30am with overtime and weekends as business need demands to support Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) operations.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability work second shift hours with overtime and weekends as business need demands
Must be able to read or learn to read blueprints
Ability to maintain high level of focus for long periods of time
Ability to perform as a team player is essential since all tasks will require close collaboration with co-workers
Must be able to perform physical requirements: physical stamina to stand for 8 hours or more and lift up to 75 pounds
Must have reliable transportation
Must have the ability to pass pre-hire and ongoing, random drug testing as required as a Department of Transportation (DOT) facility regulated by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)
Must have the ability to pass pre-hire background check screening back 7 years

Responsibilities

Read work orders and follow instructions in order of operation with high attention to detail
Communicate with other departments to confirm high priority items and plan day to meet production needs
Confirm correct parts and number of parts before starting cleaning process
Prepare parts and assemblies for cleaning process according to work order
Manually run rack with detail parts and assemblies through chemical baths in accordance with working procedures
Inspect parts and assemblies to confirm the cleaning process was successful and report any problems to management
Deliver cleaned parts to correct location for production
Other duties assigned as needed to meet production goals
