Tulsa Site in Tulsa, OK is looking for a 2nd shift Cleanline Technician who is able to work 4x10s Mondays through Friday from 3:00pm to 1:30am with overtime and weekends as business need demands to support Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) operations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability work second shift hours with overtime and weekends as business need demands
  • Must be able to read or learn to read blueprints
  • Ability to maintain high level of focus for long periods of time
  • Ability to perform as a team player is essential since all tasks will require close collaboration with co-workers
  • Must be able to perform physical requirements: physical stamina to stand for 8 hours or more and lift up to 75 pounds
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must have the ability to pass pre-hire and ongoing, random drug testing as required as a Department of Transportation (DOT) facility regulated by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)
  • Must have the ability to pass pre-hire background check screening back 7 years

Responsibilities

  • Read work orders and follow instructions in order of operation with high attention to detail
  • Communicate with other departments to confirm high priority items and plan day to meet production needs
  • Confirm correct parts and number of parts before starting cleaning process
  • Prepare parts and assemblies for cleaning process according to work order
  • Manually run rack with detail parts and assemblies through chemical baths in accordance with working procedures
  • Inspect parts and assemblies to confirm the cleaning process was successful and report any problems to management
  • Deliver cleaned parts to correct location for production
  • Other duties assigned as needed to meet production goals
