About The Position
eMaids is a fast-growing national cleaning service provider seeking a dedicated Spanish-speaking Cleaning Trainer/Supervisor to join their dynamic team. This leadership role involves training new team members, supervising large cleaning projects, conducting inspections, addressing client concerns, assisting with hiring, and providing onsite estimates.
Requirements
- Bilingual (Spanish/English): Must be fluent in Spanish. Basic English proficiency is needed.
- Team Player: A positive attitude and a collaborative mindset.
- Strong Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, and ready to lead by example.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to train, motivate, and guide a team.
- Experience: At least 1 year of cleaning experience + 3-6 months in a leadership role.
- Must be ok with all areas (Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan and Bronx) and use public transportation.
Responsibilities
- Supervise Large Cleaning Jobs: Ensure quality and efficiency on bigger projects.
- Conduct Cleaning Inspections: Review new team members' work (2-3 per week).
- Customer Follow-Ups: Address and resolve client concerns.
- Hiring & Training: Help interview, hire, and coach new maids.
- Onsite Estimates: Provide accurate pricing for potential clients.
