About The Position

We are seeking dedicated Cleaning Technicians to maintain the cleanliness of buildings. Duties and hours may vary based on building size and team size. This is a part-time, 2nd/3rd shift position.

Requirements

Must report to work each day and on time.
Must comply with proper safety policies and procedures (e.g., chemical usage, incident reporting).
Must be able to determine the neatness, accuracy, and thoroughness of assigned work.
Must be able to wear a mask and gloves during the entirety of their shift if working in medical facilities.

Nice To Haves

Experience in commercial cleaning.
Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Responsibilities

Cleans and disinfects sinks, countertops, toilets, mirrors, floors, etc. in restrooms and replenishes supplies.
Polishes metalwork, such as fixtures and fittings.
Sweeps, mops, vacuums floors using appropriate equipment.
Performs other floor work such as scrubbing, waxing, and polishing.
Cleans and disinfects sinks, countertops, tables, chairs, refrigerators, etc. in break rooms/kitchenettes and replenishes supplies.
Dusts furniture, equipment, and partitions.
Empties wastebaskets and recyclables and transports them to the disposal area.
Cleans rugs, carpets, and upholstered furniture.
Washes walls and woodwork.
Washes windows, door panels, partitions, and sills.
