About The Position
KleenMark is Wisconsin’s largest independent commercial cleaning and supply company, with over 60 years of experience. We are seeking an Account Cleaning Specialist to provide flexible field support across assigned accounts. This role is crucial for maintaining service quality, staffing coverage, and customer satisfaction. You will act as a key support resource and right-hand partner to the Account Manager, assisting with cleaning operations, employee support, supply deliveries, training, quality inspections, special projects, and account coverage as needed. The position primarily involves evening hours and travel between accounts based on operational needs. You may also be assigned to cover open shifts, call-ins, vacations, or staffing shortages to ensure continuity of service.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and good driving record (if required to travel for business).
- Ability to report to work on time and work overtime as required.
- Must follow KleenMark’s “Green” practices.
- Must be able to travel between field accounts.

Responsibilities
- Provide flexible cleaning and operational support across assigned accounts based on business and staffing needs.
- Work alongside cleaning teams to fulfill the scope of work and maintain a high level of cleaning performance.
- Serve as a key support resource and right-hand person to the Account Manager by assisting with daily operational needs and account priorities.
- Provide coverage for open positions, call-ins, vacations, and other staffing needs when required.
- Perform and demonstrate various cleaning duties to support employees and maintain required quality standards.
- Conduct building walkthroughs, quality checks, and inspections to help identify and address service opportunities.
- Assist with training new and current employees on cleaning procedures, equipment, chemicals, safety practices, and account-specific expectations.
- Assist the Account Manager with addressing and resolving customer requests and operational concerns with appropriate guidance.
- Deliver janitorial supplies, equipment, and other necessary materials to assigned accounts as requested.
- Assist with maintaining appropriate supply levels and organization at assigned accounts.
- Assist with new account start-ups, transitions, special projects, and other operational initiatives as directed.
- Support the Account Manager with employee communication, coaching, and development by providing feedback and identifying opportunities for additional training or support.
- Assist with periodic work, project work, floor care, and other specialty cleaning services when needed.
- Provide additional cleaning and operational support to other KleenMark accounts when business needs require.
- Maintain a professional and positive working relationship with field employees, Account Managers, customers, and KleenMark leadership.
- Provide an excellent level of customer service to both internal and external customers.
- Ensure all policies and procedures of the company are followed.
