About The Position
FCC Environmental Services, LLC is seeking a Cleaning Technician to support the Maintenance Team by ensuring the Material Recovery Facility (MRF) remains clean and safe. This role involves operating forklifts to move material and sweep floors, and using scissor lifts to clean under equipment. The position works under the direction of the Maintenance Team and is part of a global team of passionate waste industry professionals.
Requirements
- Experience operating forklifts and scissor lifts required.
- Ability to work safely in a physically demanding environment.
- Team-oriented with strong attention to detail.
Nice To Haves
- Certification for forklift and scissor lift operation preferred.
- Industrial or facility cleaning experience a plus.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts to move debris, push material, and sweep floors.
- Use scissor lifts to clean and remove buildup from hard-to-reach and under-equipment areas.
- Perform industrial cleaning tasks to maintain safe, efficient operations.
- Follow instructions from the Maintenance Team regarding cleaning priorities.
- Adhere to all safety and operational guidelines.
