About The Position
Ensure quality cleaning services by utilizing supplies, equipment, and staff to perform a variety of cleaning tasks; providing direction, guidance and support to employees; performing quality control functions. Maintain positive relationship with customers by providing exceptional customer service. Lead, direct, and supervise the work of others.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-year commercial cleaning experience
- Experience operating and maintaining commercial power cleaning equipment
- Valid New York State driver’s license that meets the Agency’s driving policy
- Ability to provide effective group and individual instruction through effective communication
- Ability to perform physical aspects of position including lifting 25lbs
- Ability to safety operate commercial power cleaning equipment
- Ability to be a team player
Nice To Haves
- 4 years commercial cleaning experience
- 3 years supervisory experience
- Experience working with people with developmental disabilities
