About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Bilingual Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning teams across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will ensure buildings are maintained to high company standards, train and mentor staff, conduct quality inspections, and assist with cleaning duties when necessary. This role requires strong communication skills to liaise between staff, clients, and management.
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Previous experience as a supervisor or team leader
- Experience in commercial cleaning
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support cleaning teams across multiple locations
- Ensure buildings are cleaned according to company standards
- Train and mentor new and current employees
- Conduct quality inspections and follow up on any issues
- Assist with cleaning duties as needed
- Maintain effective communication between staff, clients, and management
