Requirements

  • Must speak fluent English and Spanish.
  • Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
  • Results-oriented: ability to resolve challenges and emergencies at a moment's notice.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with the Commercial cleaning industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Train employees on janitorial and administrative tasks.
  • Replace Custodial Technicians or cover accounts.
  • Submit and deliver supplies as needed.
  • Be on-call for emergency situations/calls, including evenings and weekends.
  • Screen new Custodial Technicians.
  • Work with Managers to schedule staff and ensure coverage.
  • Manage employee callouts.
  • Correspond with Custodial Technicians.
  • Report accidents/injuries.
  • Address and resolve employee performance issues, including identifying and retraining as needed.
  • Perform all other tasks as assigned by management.
