Requirements

Must speak fluent English and Spanish.
Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
Results-oriented: ability to resolve challenges and emergencies at a moment's notice.
Valid Driver's License.
Must be 18 years of age or older.

Nice To Haves

Experience with the Commercial cleaning industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

Train employees on janitorial and administrative tasks.
Replace Custodial Technicians or cover accounts.
Submit and deliver supplies as needed.
Be on-call for emergency situations/calls, including evenings and weekends.
Screen new Custodial Technicians.
Work with Managers to schedule staff and ensure coverage.
Manage employee callouts.
Correspond with Custodial Technicians.
Report accidents/injuries.
Address and resolve employee performance issues, including identifying and retraining as needed.
Perform all other tasks as assigned by management.
