About The Position

E2E Cleaning Services is building a bench of experienced, reliable cleaning businesses to provide on-call coverage when regular cleaners are unavailable at commercial client sites across the Tampa Bay area. Subcontractors choose their service area and which shifts to accept. Work is as needed and may be offered on short notice. Shifts may be same day, early morning, evening, overnight, or weekends. Subcontractors are never required to accept a shift.

Before covering a site, subcontractors receive paid training at one or more suitable locations in their service area. They follow each site's route card, checklist, access, alarm, and lock-up procedures, and must meet E2E's quality standards. Supplies, equipment, and uniform shirts are provided at client sites. Subcontractors clock in and out using the company app, report damage, leaks, or low supplies, and invoice E2E for hours worked. Invoices are paid net 30. Compensation is $25 to $30 per hour per cleaner, depending on the site, shift, and experience.

Requirements

• Operate a registered cleaning business.
• Have general liability insurance and provide a certificate of insurance before the first shift.
• Provide a W-9 for the business.
• Have professional experience in commercial janitorial, day porter, medical office, hotel housekeeping, or similar work.
• Be reliable and arrive on time for shifts that are accepted.
• Be able to work independently from a checklist and check one's own work.
• Be available for at least some short-notice shifts.
• Cleaners must be able to stand, bend, and kneel for a full shift and lift at least 20 pounds.
• Every cleaner sent must be at least 18 years old, pass a background check, have reliable transportation, and have a smartphone for the app, team chat, and photo reports.

Nice To Haves

• Floor machine experience, including auto scrubbers or burnishers.
• Carpet care experience.
• Medical office experience.
• Bilingual English and Spanish skills.

Responsibilities

• Cover janitorial shifts on short notice at commercial sites within the chosen service area.
• Follow each site's written route card and checklist, including cleaning restrooms, removing trash, dusting, disinfecting high-touch surfaces, cleaning break rooms and glass, and caring for floors.
• Meet E2E's cleaning quality standards and check the work.
• Clock in and out using the company app.
• Report damage, leaks, or low supplies before leaving a site.
• Follow each site's access, alarm, and lock-up procedures.
• Provide business W-9 and certificate of insurance, and ensure every cleaner sent passes a background check.

Benefits
