Requirements
- High school diploma (or GED)
- Adequate math skills. Ability to apply learned techniques to determine appropriate equipment type and number of units for restoration jobs
- Demonstrates basic proficiency in the use of computers, email, and portable devices used to report and record daily activity.
- Positive attitude, service mindset, and strong work ethic
- Accountability for your words and actions
- Customer service mindset with a willingness to help others
- Dependable, punctual, and motivated to learn
- Comfortable working in residential environments and talking with customers
- Ability to lift equipment and perform physical work
- Willingness to lean both cleaning and restoration services
Nice To Haves
- 1 year of floor cleaning experience preferred, and/or some form of specialty cleaning (i.e. Stripping & Waxing Commercial Space Flooring, Air Duct Cleaning, Tile and Grout Cleaning, Upholstery Cleaning, etc.)
- Highly Desired Certificates from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC)
- Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT) preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Assist with and perform carpet cleaning and floor care services
- Assist with and perform water damage mitigation, mold remediation, odor remediation, and other restoration services
- Set up, operate, and maintain cleaning and restoration equipment and vehicles
- Perform routing maintenance and cleanliness checks on company vehicles and equipment
- Communicate professionally, humbly, and empathetically with customers on job sites
- Follow company procedures and safety standards
- Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and professionally
- Help deliver excellent customer experiences through strong service and communication
